In August, we took a little trip to Sigtuna, Sweden’s oldest town. What a lovely little town! As a Finn, I’m a little jealous of how many more beautiful old buildings, flourishing gardens, and well-preserved history there are in Sweden. #sigtuna #skoklostersslott When I think of summer, I imagine myself sitting in a beautiful garden, surrounded by the sweet fragrance of blooming roses. Moments like these are often rare, which makes them all the more precious. I’m grateful for every one of them. Hopefully, next summer brings many more opportunities to pause, appreciate nature, and simply enjoy being present. Fortunately, August is still ahead! I love lush, vibrant green landscapes and the moments spent within them. Nature feels almost overwhelmingly abundant. At the same time, the moment itself is calm and still, yet life is constantly unfolding all around—dragonflies drift through the air, the wind rustles the leaves, and the water teems with life.
